Our pieces are designed for living in, and we want you to enjoy your enewton jewelry for a long time to come. We proudly stand behind our products. For any defective enewton piece purchased from our website or in-store, we will gladly repair the item within 30 days of purchase, free of charge with proof of purchase. If any item is damaged from living in, whether purchased from our website or from a retail store, we are happy to repair the item for you. There will be a fee associated with the repair, and the fee will be assessed and quoted by our team on a case-by-case basis.  For all repair requests, please complete and submit the repair form, and a customer experience representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Note that work will not be performed until you have been advised of any applicable fees associated with the request, and your payment has been processed. Please allow a minimum of 45 days for your repairs to be completed.
